On offer is a vintage tea pot stand in the Bokhara Kismet pattern, made by Denby Pottery Derbyshire England, in the 1970s. Gill Pemberton designed the Kismet Bokhara patterns in 1967. Kismet is a white and blue flower petal patterned design. They are set on a solid deep brown almost black ground with a hint of blue, broken by mottled green lines around the rim and production ceased in 1977. It is 17.5cm in diameter and is in good condition free from chips or cracks, just the odd light surface mark commensurate with use or age. The Denby mark on the base is missing. The unpackaged weight is 429 grams.
