Michael Jordan’s return to the game of basketball in 2001 caused shockwaves across the globe. The entire NBA scene was rattled when Jordan stepped down as President of Basketball Operations and signed on as starting Shooting Guard for the Washington Wizards. This is why the Air Jordan XVII has a special place in many Jordan-fans hearts; it was the first signature Air Jordan shoe that released when Michael Jordan returned to the game (for the second time).

Here’s a piece of history for you Jordan fans to admire; These White/Wizards Blue-Copper XVII's from 2001 were mocked up prior to MJ XVII low's in White/Carolina Blue with a stitched 23 which would later only be present on MJ's personal exclusives. These Jordan XVII Sample's in the Washington Wizards colorway remain unreleased and even unknown to many.

Shoes consist of a Sample tag inside, which seemed to have a marker marking above the SAMPLE text and a hand written style code, which was very common with older samples.

These shoes are one of a kind and are extremely hard to come around, so don't miss out on this chance of owning this pair! They can be a great addition to any collection. These shoes now days are getting very impossible to find, so don't waste your time!!!!
