This tortoise shell colour of the iconic Dior So Real sunglasses is instantly recognisable thanks to it's unique split-colour lenses. The top half features a silver mirror, with the bottom half in a grey tint. A nose-bridge found on more traditional sunglass shapes is replaced with a curved brow-bar, with stand-out yellow padded nose pads keeping the frame in place. Dior refer to the colour of the AOOMD So Real as 'Palladium and Havana'. Construction of these Italian-made sunglasses is from a mix of high-quality metal and plastic (acetate), using the two materials seamlessly to create a contemporary pair of sunglasses with traditional elements. The frames suit smaller faces, and are generally considered a female frame. The '48 22 140' printed on the arm refers to the size: 48mm is the lens width, 22mm is the bridge with, and 140mm is the length of the arms. The arms of the So Real are constructed from natural acetate, and can therefore be custom fitted by an optician.
