Outer sleeve still in shrink, does have a small corner crease and sleeve opening dents as seen in photos. Vinyl side a has some impression marks, don't know if they are from the paper sleeve or that is the way it was pressed. They are only on the first song, I did sound test the first song, does not effect play at all. Side b is near mint. Side c is near mint. Side d has a small series of hairline marks half on song one, and half on song 2. There was an occasional light sounding on song one. Included is insert lyric sheet, also an outer sleeve protector. Will be shipped with lp's outside of sleeve using quality mailer and proper inserts. 

I have recently received two more copies of this release. They both had the same impression marks, they are definitely from the seam on the paper sleeve. 

This release is the harder to find retail edition, not the promo. The Promo did not come with the insert lyric sheet
