- Unusual framing item for Arts & Crafts or Mission Decor.
- In coveted and collectible cross-cut, tiger-oak grain wood
- Large (rectangle measures 12.75" x 16 1/8". Oval opening is about 7.25" wide x 4.75"
- Appears to have been originally made by fusing 3 strips of lumber (think you can make this out in photo) - and the grain harmonizing is FANTASTIC!
- CONDITION PER ABOVE: Very good vintage condition. Actually "excellent" with these seemingly workable issue: Thin edge rectangle cut out(?) -- ** this would be within the fillet portion of an external frame you would use. Very light darker line of stain(?) down from top, near corner, about 2.5" one (see photo). Small section where verathane or other product used to finish mat has peeled a bit. Sandable? or other stripper? THIS IS A GOOD EXAMPLE OF THE NECESSITY OF CONSULTING PHOTOS. They will be the best indicator of what's being offered and are considered part of the description.
