it is in good condition, shows signs of normal use. it needs a light clean up.
This was used for pharmacuetical delivery and has never had tackle in it, lightly used. I bought a bunch of these from a pharmacy here in Dallas and simply do not need all of them.
There is a loop on each clasp I guess to put a lock through (who's doing that). One of the loops is missing, it takes nothing from it and does not affect at all.
