 Most of my items/shoes are either a store, catalog return, display and/or have been lightly handled by the store during the course of the daily retail business (tried on by the customers, moved and shifted through the store racks, scuffing etc.). I love designer shoes! There is a big difference in quality and comfort in a well made soft leather designer shoe. Sometimes the box might be beat up but the shoes will be fabulous!!
