PAYMENT
We gladly accept PayPal or Bank Account transfers (PayPal account not required).
Payment is due ASAP. We do our best to send payment reminders beforehand, however, in order to help manage our auctions we will file for Unpaid Item reminders with eBay on the 2nd day.
SHIPPING
We guarantee that all items will work upon arrival. In the event that an item is damaged in transit, an insurance claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and the item will either be replaced, repaired or refunded. Contact us immediately if such a case occurs. Parcel must be inspected upon delivery and any damage must be noted on the delivery documents.
The sewing machine will be carefully packed to a very high standard to ensure a safe journey. The item will be secured in all places and packed snug in a cardboard box. The inner protection will consist of thick layers of large bubble wrap and extra cushioning polystyrene to fill in any spaces, then finished off with layers of cardboard to keep the box in good shape and cushion in the journey. Tracking will be added to the ebay system for you to keep track of your parcel.
TERMS & CONDITIONS of SALE
It is important that you understand and agree to the following:
- We take photos of the actual product before shipping it to you. This is to prevent any potential disagreements with the final buyer. If you attempt to return the product, it has to be in exactly the same condition as we shipped it to you, or be genuinely defective.
- Each one of these sewing machines has a unique serial number, we associate this to the buyer in our records.
- Each one of these sewing machines also has a unique stamp that let us identify the product as ours. Please make sure that if you need to return it, you send us in fact the product we sold to you. If we receive anything different than what we shipped to you, it will be considered fraud and we will take the appropriate measures.
Returns are only accepted if item is in the same condition as it was shipped to you. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
All items are guaranteed to arrive as described in the listing and in good working order unless stated otherwise. Items having received damage while in transit will be covered via a refund to the buyer.
We will not accept responsibility for parcels that were not received if the tracking number marks the parcel as having been delivered. Additionally we do not accept responsibility if the buyer's address was at all incorrect.
We assume no responsibility for any damages or actions resulting from the use or misuse of items sold. Our return policy is limited to the purchase price of the item and does not cover incidental or consequential costs. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine applicability and safety of each item to his/her particular use.
