Multiple items can be combined into one invoice. Multiple items that are shipped together, are eligible for a combined shipping discount (see the 'Shipping' information section for more details). In such a case, we will process your discount as soon as possible and re-send you a new invoice. All our items are shipped out from our distribution center near Amsterdam, Holland. 'Buy It Now' items are shipped free of charge for most countries of the world, as 'Standard International Shipping' (where available; otherwise as 'Economy International Shipping'). Upgrades to a faster, 'Priority International Shipping'can be purchased in most orders. Auction listings have a special discount scheme for combined shipping. Any second item will be shipped together with the first item for a fee of 100% of the item's shipping rate (no discount). Any additional item, will carry no additional shipping charges (Free shipping for the third, fourth etc. items, when shipped together).
The estimated delivery time depends on your location and your country's postal system efficiency. On average, most European orders are delivered within 7-10 working days. Intercontinental orders will usually take no more than 15 working days.

- You are responsible for sending back the items to our Amsterdam, Holland center (you have to pay for the shipping).
- We are responsible for re-sending your exchange item (if applicable).
- Items must be unused, new, perfume or smoke free and must be sent in the original packaging (you may keep the postcards).
