Description: This auction is for Lot of Calico Critters Townhouse, Cozy Cottage, Dolls  & Furniture . Included in the lot:

1. Calico Critters Townhouse. It is in good condition. It has some playwear. It has been tested and  the light in bottom room still lights up. (Batteries NOT included).  This not complete and comes with what is pictured. Of the items pictured the one porch rail and the staircase are included. This is loose and does not include the original packaging.
   
   
2. Calico Critters Cozy Cottage- It has some playwear.  This not complete and comes with what is pictured. Some of items pictured looked to have come from this set. This is loose and does not include the original packaging.
   
   
3. 4 Calico Critters Cozy Cottage- They have some playwear. These are are not complete and are missing accessories I can identify as one as a Kitty Cat and a Rabbit.
   
   
4. 10 pieces Calico Critters Furniture- They have some playwear. These are are not complete and are missing accessories. One of the pieces is is a fireplace which has been tested and still lights up. (batteries not included)

Condition: These are in good condition. They have some playwear.These are NOT new, They are loose, meaning they do not include the original packaging or any accessories.
