This large punch is easy to use and has a lock closure for simple and safe storage.  Is it constructed of steel and plastic and measure 5x3x1-3/8 inches. 

This package contains the 2-point flag punch. Approximate size of punched pieces are  2.25" x 1.25" to 2 inches. 

New punch, the box does have scratches on it.
