We always try to post within 1 working days of receipt of payment. All postal options are trackable and require a signature upon receipt.
    Domestic deliveries within the UK are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded delivery as standard for items up to the value of £50, 1st Class Recorded for items valued between £50 - £150 and which normally takes between 3-5 days to arrive. If you require extra speed you can chose to upgrade your shipping option and use Royal Mail’s Special Next Day service which does incur an additional cost.
    All shipping options include insurance.
    International deliveries are sent using eBay 's Global Shipping Program for service. Costs vary depending on parcel weight & destination country. Delivery times vary from country to country but normally take between 5-15 days. Further details on GSP can be found on eBay's pages..

Returns

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item provided that the item is returned in the same condition as it was received and no tags have been removed.
    Postage costs are not refunded unless the product varies significantly from the auction description. Slight colour variations are not regarded as significant as we cannot control the exact colour shown by different monitors. Also, measurements given in the auctions should only be considered to be accurate to 1” although great care is taken to ensure they are correct.
    Exchanges are also accepted within 30 days of receipt of item provided that the item is returned in the same condition as it was received and no tags have been removed.

Part exchanges may be available after longer periods but the credit value of the returned garment will be significantly lower than the original purchase price. This allows our buyer to wear an item for a season or two and then sell it back to us or part-exchange it against a another item.

PayPal is our preferred method of payments it's the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay for your goods or services online. PayPal offers buyer and seller protection should there be a problem.
    If you do not have a PayPal account, to get started and buy your first item with us is very easy. Simply click on the 'Buy It Now' button and follow the eBay checkout steps. Select PayPal as the payment method you then will be given the chance to enter your card details in to PayPal's secure checkout in order to pay for your order. Once the payment has been made, you will then be given the opportunity to make your own PayPal account to make paying for your items in the future very easy.
