This is my personal, working Playstation 1 console with all cables (power and composite audio/video), 2 Dualshock controllers (both with analogue sticks) and 1 memory card with a protective case. The model number on the console is SCPH-7501.

It has been boxed up for a long time and consequently shows very little yellowing. I just tested it and the only flaw is that one of the controller's rumble feature is weaker than it should be. It still rumbles, it's just a wimpy rumble now. All buttons work great. Pictures provided for proof of functionality.
