Le Nokia 5110 est un écran LCD graphique de base de nombreuses applications.

 Il était initialement destiné à être utilisé comme un écran de téléphone cellulaire.

Il utilise le contrôleur PCD8544. 

Le PCD8544 est un CMOS à faible puissance contrôleur LCD / pilote, conçu pour piloter un affichage graphique de 48 lignes et 84 colonnes. 

Toutes les fonctions nécessaires pour l'affichage sont fournis dans une seule puce, y compris sur la puce de génération de l'approvisionnement en LCD et tensions de polarisation, résultant en un minimum de composants externes et une faible consommation électrique. 

- Très facile à mettre en œuvre sur un Arduino ou autre, avec un consommation ridicule (surtout sans rétro éclairage) ce petit écran pourra vous s’intégrer facilement dans vos réalisations.

- 5 fils (seulement) sont nécessaires à son fonctionnement + 2 fils alaimentation.

- Low power supply,the working current in normal situation is lower than 200μA,and has power-down mode
