RRP: £169, size 14: bust is 39'', waist 36'' (this is drop waist/flapper fit, not bodycon) and the length is 44.5'' shoulder to hem

You are looking at a truly exquisite Gatsby/Flapper style dress from MONSOON. This one is absolutely opulent and lush! It is made of very fine semi-sheer gold coated silk and simply doused in all kinds of sparkly niceties: bodice of the dress is embellished Art Deco style; also there are silver and pewter rows/shapes of sequins, bronze beads and golden embroidery, you name it! Very dazzling honey, it is not that very sparkly in the daylight (although doesn't lack shimmer still), but just wait till after dark when you hit the party - the dress will simply shine! This dress is styled in true flapper manner and that means no uncomfortable pinchy-squeezy bodycon: bodice is rather loose fitting (but not too much, not baggy) and it is finished with a shimmery drop waist with a self tie at the side; then it flares to a fabulous skirt, heavily embellished at the hem and hitting upper/mid-calf (depending on your height, it's 44.5'' shoulder to hem). Dress is fully lined with pearlescent-light gold/metallic polyester fabric (lighter than the dress) and fastens with a concealed side zip. Now it may appear in the photos that many sequins are missing - this is not so, these just tend to twist to different sides and look darker and missing in photos, but there are no empty spots in reality. CONDITION: now the dress comes in really very good overall condition, however, there are some little marks on a skirt and one on a bodice just under the embellishment. These are very hard to see in the evening under the artificial light as the fabric is very shimmery, but they are more visible in the daylight. Please examine photo no 12 closely - it is taken in the daylight outdoors (dress is photographed inside, in the evening). I wouldn't say that this spoils the dress as it is nothing dramatic, but please inspect the photos using zoom function.

I post my items in three working days after the payment is cleared, but that's at most, usually I post the next working day (Monday - Friday, I'm unable to post Saturdays, sorry). I send all my items 'signed for' to ensure yours and mine peace of mind and 'second class signed for' with Royal Mail is £3.95 at the moment - I don't charge any additional money for packaging, fuel or my time.
