Another All-American beauty from the woods of Wisconsin, figured black walnut!--this awesome sample of walnut has some yummy-looking chocolate color, and it's been hand-cut and configured into a 10-faceted "starburst" kit with a cool rustic-looking starry character radiating out from center across this nice swirling figured grain, to help you decorate some unique veneercraft project--and this one seems destined for a nice table top!

These make great boxtops, small tabletops, inlays, game boards, clock faces, etc... Don't worry, I've just done the easy part-- what this baby needs now is some tweaking, trimming & fine-tuning with your magical touch, to weave 'er into a veneer art showpiece you can call your own!

This is a nice big 10-faceted "starburst" kit, 26 1/2" across and 1/42" (0.6 mm) thick, may finish slightly smaller--may be a minor rough or uneven edge on a couple--Don't worry, no extra charge for that!--and I always include matching filler material, just in case!...about 3.9 sq ft of big & yummy "chocolate walnut" character to top off your veneer art piece! **Note**--ships flat, folded in quarters

MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES, PACKAGING & SHIPPING:...Please be sure you have read & viewed the item description & photos carefully, so there is no confusion or misunderstanding. Shipping is calculated USPS Priority Mail online rates (or Parcel Post, if desired), plus a $3.00 handling/packaging fee. This fee includes packaging materials-

In more than 7 years and over 4,000 packages sent out, I have not lost a single package to damage during shipment. Additional items are $1.00 handling each, up to a maximum total of $5.00 (provided they all fit in one box). It is sometimes a challenge to package different sized veneer items in the same box, but I always do so if possible....if I feel it is minimal extra effort to package multiple items, I may waive all or part of the additional handling (you will know when I send the invoice).... I will hold items up to 7 days while you continue bidding, in order to combine your purchases--PROVIDED you keep items all on ONE invoice--as mentioned in my checkout instructions, when you pay for an item I am required to ship it next day!!. I am more than willing to work with you on the 7 day window, if you will only communicate with me!

PLEASE NOTE SOME FACTS ABOUT THIS AND OTHER WOOD VENEER ITEMS: All leafs or sheets are a sequentially matched set unless otherwise noted. Most damaged ends or edges have been discounted from the stated measurements of my items, although some minor repairable splits are included within reason....if they are not so minor, they are excluded from stated dimensions. Some veneer lots, such as burls, may have voids which are actually integral to the species' character. So, look at the photos carefully, if there are voids you will see them...these are normally not discounted unless I am feeling very generous with my wood! The stated veneer thicknesses may not be entirely accurate to the micrometer, I didn't measure each piece (and sometimes, pieces within the same bundle may vary slightly in thickness). However, I believe all my stated thicknesses are 'close enough'. Some of my bundles, especially the highly figured ones may be a few years old and not stored in perfect conditions to maintain their 'flatness', and some were just never flat to begin with. This is common among veneers, and some 'sizing' or flattening may be required before and/or during use. I sincerely hope you enjoy using your own craftsmanship to turn this wood into a piece of art! I also highly enjoy seeing photos of your work, please send them along when possible!
