Our name jigsaws are suitable for ages 3+ (or under with supervision);

Once your child has outgrown its name jigsaw, the letters can be stuck in place and it can then be used as a door plaque.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are you able to do jigsaws in other colours?
All our name jigsaws come in the standard colour-scheme, as shown in the photos. We have found the bold, contrasting, primary colours to be more interesting and attractive to small children, encouraging them to engage with the jigsaw puzzle. (please note: colour shades may differ slightly from those shown).

Can I have a double name on one jigsaw?
We are no longer able to put two names on one puzzle. However, you can still order each name as a separate jigsaw.

Can you make a name longer than 11 letters?
Unfortunately our machinery can only accommodate a certain length of wood, so 11 letters is our maximum.

ABOUT JIGGERS JIGSAWS 

We are a small family company specialising in hand-crafted wooden puzzles and toys for children. 
We were established in 1979, and began selling our toys at Covent Garden craft market in London, and at various craft fairs, soon after. 
We are based in Charlwood, Surrey, in the UK.

All our name puzzles are hand-made in Britain from finest quality birch plywood and pine, and finished to a high standard of workmanship, in a variety of bright inks, enamels and clear varnish. Materials used are safe, non-toxic and environmentally friendly, and comply with European and British Toy Regulations. 
All wood is sourced from reforested woodland.

DELIVERY
If the name you order is in stock, then we can usually ship within 7 days, however we ask that you allow at least 2 weeks to receive your order, particularly if you have requested an unusual spelling or a less common name.

COMBINED POSTAGE/SHIPPING
We are happy to combine postage/shipping costs on multiple items, please click ADD TO BASKET for each item and ebay will automatically calculate your combined postage amount.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with an item, or it arrives damaged, please contact us and we will gladly refund you once the item has been returned. Since these are personalised items, we cannot be responsible for customer error: if you place an order for a name and spell it incorrectly we will only be able to exchange the jigsaw if it is a standard stock name. If it has an unusual spelling which we would not normally expect to sell we are afraid that we will be unable to offer a refund. Please ensure all names are spelt correctly when placing your order. We will not pay return postage on any incorrectly ordered or mis-spelt name jigsaws, we will only pay return postage if an item is faulty, damaged or does not meet customer satisfaction.
