OUR REFUND POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy: Defective items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of goods. Buyer pays for return shipping. No returns accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There is 20% restocking fee applied to items returned ordered in error, NO EXCEPTIONS.
