About Us.
Recently established in 2012, the members of Hill Street Watch Company have over 30 years of experience collecting, trading, and restoring some of the world’s finest timepieces. We specialize in the sale, purchase, and trade of high-grade pre-owned watches predominantly Rolex, Panerai, and Omega. All of our wristwatches undergo a complete inspection of authenticity and are keeping time to COSC specs at time of purchase.

Returns
We offer a 14 day inspection period from date of purchase. Item(s) must be returned in the SAME CONDITION it was in when it left our store for full refund to be issued. The purpose of the inspection period is for customer or professional evaluation only. If the watch is returned in worn condition i.e. scratches on the case, bracelet, crystal etc. there will be a fee associated with restoring the watch to the condition it was in prior to shipping. A refund will be issued once the item is received and verified to not have been damaged or tampered with by the customer. We do our best to take high resolution photos for your examination. Please be sure to read the descriptions and ask questions before bidding.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping fees are non refundable. Even if it is stated "free shipping", the actual cost of us shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping
We ship via UPS or Fed Ex International within 1-2 business days of receiving complete payment. All items are fully insured with adult signature required.
UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Please contact us if you would like to arrange a local pick-up of your item. In the case of local pick-up or shipping within California, an 9% Los Angeles, CA sales tax (pursuant to CA Law) will apply.
We ship international via FEDEX INSURED and must declare full customs value (no exceptions). International bidders MUST provide us with a valid telephone number prior to shipment of the item. All duties and taxes are sole responsibility of the buyer. (see PAYMENT section below for further details).

Complete payment includes shipping costs, handling charges, insurance, and sales tax where applicable. Insurance is required for all shipments.
We Accept Paypal with confirmed address only or bank wire.
A sales tax (currently 9%) will apply to all items shipped to California (Pursuant to CA Law).
Payment must be received within 4 days of the auction's close. This deadline applies to all payment methods. If payment is not received within 4 days of the auction's close, the auction will be forfeited, the item relisted, and a Non-Paying Bidder alert filed with eBay.

Terms: While authenticity is Guaranteed or your Money Back, Original Box and papers are included only when so noted in the listing. The timepieces undergo a thorough examination process by our Watchmaker with over 30 years of experience in Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Patek Philippe, and other High-end watches. This insures authenticity and proper mechanical performance for years to come.
We're an independent dealer of fine vintage watches and are not an authorized agent or affiliated with any of the fine manufactures whose watches we sell. We're not affiliated with Rolex USA or Rolex International. All Rolex watches offered by us are pre-owned and we're the sole warrantor, if warranty is noted. We can't guarantee that these fine timepieces are waterproof or water resistant unless the watch is "Brand New". We do are best to replace worn gaskets to insure they are sealed.
