Die LEGO® Serie „Bauen mit Modulen“ bringt eine weitere Neuheit hervor: ein detailreiches, dreistöckiges Kaufhaus in realistischer Optik mit vielen besonderen Bautechniken und seltenen Teilen. Auf der Straße tummeln sich Menschen mit Einkaufstaschen, bringen Briefe zum Briefkasten, bewundern die Schaufensterpuppen und erfrischen sich am Eisstand, während über ihnen ein Fensterputzer arbeitet. Hinter der Drehtür gibt es ein Kleidungsgeschäft mit Kasse, Umkleidekabine, Hüten, Schmuck, Parfüm und einer Hosen-Kollektion zu entdecken. Ein Aufzug aus LEGO Steinen bringt die Kunden in den ersten Stock zu den Haushaltswaren, wo es Glaswaren und goldene Platten für besondere Gelegenheiten gibt. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich die Spielwarenabteilung (mit Spielhaus und Roller) und ein toller Kronleuchter ziert die offene Vorhalle. Auf dem Dach befinden sich ein Werbeschild und Dachfenster! Welcome to the grand opening of the Grand Emporium!
The LEGO® Modular Buildings series continues with this spectacularly detailed 3-story department store, designed in a realistic scale with lots of special building techniques and rare pieces. On the street outside, citizens carry shopping bags, send letters at the mailbox, admire the window mannequins, then cool off at the ice cream stand while a busy window washer works above. Enter through the revolving doors to discover a ground-floor clothing department, complete with a cash register, fitting room, hats, jewelry, perfume, and even a selection of spare trousers. A brick-built escalator carries customers to the second floor housewares department with glassware and golden plates for special occasions, and then it’s up to the top floor for the toy department (complete with toy house and push-scooter) with an impressive chandelier above the open atrium. Up on the roof are a billboard and skylight!

La construction de cet édifice conçu à une échelle réaliste nécessite des techniques de construction particulières et des pièces rares. Côté rue, les habitants se promènent avec des sacs bien remplis, postent des lettres, admirent les mannequins en vitrine et se rafraîchissent au stand de glaces pendant qu'un laveur de vitres travaille au-dessus de leur tête. Franchis la porte à tambour et découvre un rayon d’habillement qui s’étend sur tout le rez-de-chaussée et comprend une caisse enregistreuse, une cabine d’essayage, des chapeaux, des bijoux, des parfums et même une sélection de pantalons de rechange. Un escalator en briques emmène les clients au rayon des arts ménagers du deuxième étage, qui contient toute une gamme de verres et d’assiettes dorées pour des occasions spéciales, puis conduit au rayon des jouets à l’étage supérieur (agrémenté d’une maison de poupée et d’une trottinette). Un grand et magnifique lustre surplombe l'atrium. Un panneau publicitaire et une verrière se trouvent sur le toit ! L’ensemble comprend 7 figurines et mesure 38 cm de haut et 25 cm de large.

La serie LEGO® Modular Buildings continúa creciendo con este Centro Comercial de 3 plantas, extraordinariamente detallado y diseñado a escala realista, cuya construcción pone en práctica un gran número de técnicas especiales y emplea elementos poco frecuentes. Fuera, en la calle, los ciudadanos portan bolsas de la compra, echan cartas al buzón, contemplan los escaparates y se refrescan en el puesto de helados mientras el limpiacristales trabaja en las alturas. Pasa por la puertas giratorias y descubre el departamento de ropa en la planta baja, equipada con caja registradora, probador, sombreros, joyería, perfume e incluso una colección de pantalones. Un ascensor construido con ladrillos transporta a los clientes hasta el departamento de artículos para el hogar, situado en la segunda planta, en el que pueden adquirir numerosas piezas de cristalería y platos dorados para ocasiones especiales. En la última planta está el departamento de juguetes, en el que encontrarás una casa de muñecas y un patinete, y la impresionante lámpara colgante que ilumina el patio diáfano. ¡Más arriba, en el tejado, hay una valla publicitaria y una claraboya!

In strada, i cittadini trasportano le borse della spesa, imbucano le lettere nella cassetta postale, ammirano i manichini nelle vetrine e si rilassano mangiando un gelato, mentre l'indaffarato lavavetri lavora alacremente. Entra nell'edificio tramite la porta girevole al piano terra per scoprire il reparto abbigliamento con registro di cassa, camerino, cappelli, gioielleria, profumeria e persino una selezione di pantaloni di riserva. Una scala mobile trasporta i clienti al reparto casalinghi, al secondo piano, con bicchieri e piatti d'oro per le occasioni speciali, e quindi al terzo piano, al dipartimento giocattoli (completo di casa delle bambole e monopattino), mentre un enorme lampadario illumina l'immenso atrio. Sul tetto si trovano tanti cartelloni pubblicitari e un lucernario!
