All information about the stamps I'm selling is gathered to the best of my knowledge. I use multiple catalogues to find the correct information but if I've missed something or there's an issue, please say so.

All additional stamp purchases, bought within a few days are sent free of charge. The Postal charges I apply to the listings cover Royal Mail charges, clear protective sleeves and protected envelopes. I don't make any money on P&P. If buying more than one item, please wait for an invoice to be sent. 

All items listed in my shop are listed and correct to the best of my knowledge, if I've made a mistake and the item arrives with you and has been incorrectly described, please get in touch.

All items are sent securely wrapped and should arrive with you in mint condition. Again, if the item doesn't arrive as I sent it, please get in touch.

I offer a 14 day no quibble refund policy, Buyer to pay for return postage.

Free 2nd class postage on all items over the value of £20. Again, wait for an invoice.

Combined items over the value of £20 will be sent Signed for Delivery.

For information, items sent by standard mail, Royal Mail Compensation is limited to a maximum of £20. 

Compensation for The Signed-For service is also limited to a maximum of £50 but of course a signature 

is obtained. Higher value items will be sent Signed for Delivery.

Please think carefully before placing your order and select the most secure service fit for the item you are 

buying. 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE offers no guarantees/insurance unless you buy the International Signed or 

Tracked Services. Stamps will be fully insured. I will always obtain a Proof of Posting for stamps sent by 

Standard Airmail. In this case, if stamps are lost, it is your responsibility to claim. 

Please note that these are Royal Mail charges for the secure services offered and not mine. 

They have become essential because of the number of potential false claims levied against the 

Royal Mail and to comply with EBAY and PAYPAL's 'Trackable Policies'.
