PayPal is preferred but bank transfer/counter deposit and bankers draft/postal orders are accepted. If using PayPal please ensure that the delivery address is correct within PayPal when paying. We can only post to the address as we see it on the PayPal transaction page. We will make no exceptions to this as we would otherwise be uninsured.

We aim to process all orders within one working day (get it fast), or 2 days for standard delivery once payment has cleared. All items are fully insured and traceable to your door, a signature is required. Delivery outside of the UK is 3-5 days for most European countries although may be longer to some European countries.

We do not offer delivery on Saturdays.

Sales include VAT at the current rate and an invoice is supplied with the unit. We offer a comprehensive 90 day warranty if during which time a hardware fault may occur we will either repair or offer a replacement product. If this is not possible a full refund will be offered. All items covered under warranty will be fitted with tamperproof material, should this be damaged it will VOID your warranty, warranty stickers are placed on the lower base of the unit, battery, hard drive and ac adapter.
