Lilliput Lane (L2458) QUEEN OF WINDERMERE - With Box & Deeds

This absolutely stunning piece features the historic steamer boat The Queen of Windermere from Bowness-on-Windermere, Cumbria, England. The detail is fantastic from the beautiful boat to the little touches like the booking office and boat hire signs.

Originally released in June 2001 and retired in March 2003. It is a fairly large piece measuring 17.9 cm x 19.8 cm x 10.4 cm. 


The actual piece is in excellent condition having only been displayed behind glass in a smoke free home, the only thing to note is a very small pinhead sized chip on the foliage at the rear of the model, please see the 7th photo. In addition it comes with its deeds and original box (which has slight wear and tear from being stored empty).


I am in the process of listing a huge collection of over 1,000 Lilliput Lane pieces. The large majority are British dating from the early days right up to 2015, many limited editions included. Amongst these will be a few pieces from the American, French and German collections.
