Carnation PediRoller offers immediate relief from common footpain in the heel and arch. Excessive use of the plantar fascia, a tough band of tissue that supports the arch stretching like a bow string from the heel to the ball of the foot, causes it to become inflames and very painful.

The ridged design massages tired feet, reducing tension and stimulating circulation. It can be used as cold therapy by chilling or freezing before use which will help reduce inflammation and comfort pain.

Easy to use, PediRoller does not require batteries or electrics and can be used quickly while sitting reading, watching TV or just relaxing.

Directions:

Following the exercise guide in the pack, roll the bottom of your foot back and forth from heel to arch. Repeat for 3 to 5 minutes twice a day, morning and night. Freezing the product before use will help if the area is inflamed.

Correctly exercising your feet will help to keep them healthy and strong. Stretching and strengthening programmes play an important role in the treatment of heel and arch pain caused by plantar fasciitis. In a study, 83% of patients involved in stretching programmes for heel pain were successfully treated.

We may operate promotions of various kinds from time to time. Please note that any such promotion will be operated on the terms publicised with it and will at all times be subject to availability. Some Discount Codes will be date sensitive and will not be redeemable outside of dates shown.

4. Ordering Goods/Delivery Policy

Any order placed via our ebay shop will be processed once payment via Paypal has been received and confirmed via Paypal. Title to the goods will pass to you on the latter of the delivery of the goods. Goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery. The price that you pay will be as advertised on our ebay shop at the time when the order is placed.  Goods will be delivered as quickly as possible and in any event we aim to despatch within 48 hours and delivery within 2/3 working days from despatch save in exceptional circumstances or due to matters outside of our control. If we are unable to deliver goods within this allocated time but are expecting stock, we will email you for your instructions with regards to the outstanding order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to deliver your goods within this five working day period (48 hours despatch plus 2/3 working days delivery), in which event your payment will be refunded in full.

4.1. Delivery Charges

We endevour where popssible to offer free postage or a minimum charge to cover costs however delivery charges vary for parcels over 2kg in weight to the Highlands, Islands and Northern Island and so postage to these postcodes are priced per order (see Delivery Policy for applicable postcodes)  Email us through our ebay shop for cost, we endevour to keep these delivery costs low and so only the cost based on the order weight and postcode will be charged. We will give you the cost before you place your order..

We keep in stock approximately 100% of the products sold through our eBay store.

4.2. Standard Delivery

We aim to despatch within 24/48 hours, we use the trusted Royal Mail 2nd class as standard delivery for our delivery of parcels up to 2kg and a recognised Courier Company for all other parcels. Once despatched Royal Mail/Courier Company aim to deliver within 2/3 working days.

4.3. UK Postcodes not covered by Standard Postage Charges

Unfortunately Couriers charge a premium for delivering to certain UK area's (Highlands, Islands and Northern Island) which is beyond our control, please check with us if your postcode falls within this category and therefore an excess charge may be added to our normal Standard Delivery charge dependant on the weight of your order. Please email us with your order requirements and postcode for a postage cost.

Working days are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm. All Orders recieved after 3.00pm on Friday will be processed next working day (Monday). Weekend orders taken will be processed on following Monday.

5. Payment for goods

Payment for goods must be made via Paypal and such payment will be taken when your order is received. We do not store any card/payments details at all on our ebay shop. A full refund will be made to you if we are unable to or do not accept your order for any reason.

6. Cancellation/ Returns Procedure

6.1. Cancelled Orders/Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for whatever reason you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you have 30 working days from receiving the order in which to cancel and receive a full refund including delivery charges. Refunds will be issued via your Paypal account.

For safety and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns any personalised items.

Please email us through our ebay shop with your reason for return and we will email you and instruct you where to send your returns to. Returned goods must be in original packaging or suitable secure packaging and we recommend that a recorded delivery/proof of postage is used as we are not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods returned to us will receive a full refund including delivery charge, however the returns postage costs are to be paid by Returnee. Once returned goods are received into our warehouse, they will be checked and a refund will be issued via Paypal. Should any item be returned to us and be deemed to have been mis-used by you , we will be unable to accept the return and issue a refund.

6.2. Faulty Goods

We quality check all our products before they leave our warehouse but if for whatever reason a product is faulty please email us within 24 hours through our ebay shop, briefly explain the fault and your requirements from us e.g. replace or refund. We will ask you to return the item to us using proof of postage and upon receipt at our warehouse, we will check the product and if deemed to be faulty, a full refund including all delivery charges incurred will be issued via your Paypal account.

Please double check sizes as Products returned due to wrong measurement i.e. wrong size, will be exchanged or a refund issued, however the returns costs must be covered by the purchaser.

6.3. Exchanges

Please, please double check the size If you purchase an item that is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size. If we are unable to do this we will offer you a refund, excluding any postage and packaging costs. Please refer to our size guides on each product as they do vary from Brand to Brand, to minimise the chance of the item being the wrong size, before placing an order. Please ensure that the item is returned back to us in an unused condition with all original labels still attached complete with any labels attached within 7 calendar days of the date the item is delivered to you. Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and there will be an additional postage charge at the same rate as your original order for the replacement.

7. Our Warranty to you

We supply goods via our ebay shop with a warranty that they are of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purpose for which they were intended.  However please note that it is the responsibility of the consumer to use all products from our website correctly and as they were intended.

9. Notices

Notices which we give to you may be given by email or by post to the address given when you place an order. Notices which you give to us must be sent by post to Angelfeet_online 9 Edinburgh lane Cavendish Park Walsall West Midlands WS2 7RD. Notices given by email shall be deemed to have been received 24 hours after the email is sent. Notices sent by post shall be deemed to be received three days after the date of postage.  In the case of a letter proof that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and posted shall be adequate proof of service; or in the case of an email that this was sent to the email address provided by the addressee.

10. Third Party Rights

A person who is not a party to any contract between us or otherwise to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right to enforce any such Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999

11. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as posted on the website at the time of placing an order such Terms and Conditions comprising the entire relationship between you and us. If any part or parts of these Terms and Conditions are found to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable such part or parts shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

All contracts between us are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and in consequence any dispute or issue arising from the same shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Returns

Returns are accepted.

  • The buyer should email to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving the item/items.
  • Return postage to be paid by buyer.
