We visually inspect the units. These units have opened, damaged or no boxes and may or may not have been used. The majority of the equipment we receive back is due to damaged boxes and has never been powered up. Other units may need to be defaulted to the factory settings. Units may need to be excluded from the hub first and then included in your hub. We ensure all equipment is in perfect working condition or your money back!
Some units do show signs of slight wear but all of them are in 100% working condition. Units may be shipped in scratched, damaged, opened or no boxes but the units themselves are in perfect working condition or your money back.
