Gorgeous blue maxi dress by Ted Baker. I cannot stress enough the quality of this dress!! Made of super soft and stretchy t-shirt-like material. Fitted in the top and then just below the bust it flares out into an A-line skirt. Features a slightly ruched effect around the chest.
