CONTROLLER INSTRUCTIONS:
Very smart digital controller with adjustable heat and timer settings and memory button that remembers the heat and timer settings that you are used to, and the settings that you used last time.
Heat: 103℉-159℉ range, Simply press the (TEMP.+) button to increase the temperature or press the (TEMP.-) button to lower the temperature by 1℉ increments.
Timer: Maximum 240 minutes (4 hours) auto shut-off. By pressing the (TIME +) or (TIME -) buttons you can adjust the time by 15 minutes increments. Once the timer counts itself all the way down, it will automatically shut off.
Comes in 3 sizes – Small, Medium and Large. If your pain is only in your lower back for example, you may just need the small one. For larger areas or if you are a large person, you should consider getting the medium (21 x 31 inches) or large size ( 24 x 70 inches) – Full body size
