We ship Monday-Friday, except holidays.  Items will be shipped within 1 business day after payment clears. Please read listing for the type of shipping used.  Each item may differ.  We ship USPS.  Parcel Select takes 2-9 Business days/ First Class Mail takes 2-6 business days and Priority Mail takes 2-4 Business days.  International transit times will vary.

RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can find a solution together.

For Domestic Sales, we will accept returns on NEW items under the following conditions:

1. Shipped back within 30 days, at your expense, with tracking information included
2. The item must be in the exact same condition as received: no damages, stains, odors and tags must be attached. 

3. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.  If shipping was free, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refund to cover shipping paid by seller.

4. Any refund will be returned through Paypal only. 

5.  Only return requests submitted through  ebay will be accepted.
