Terms of Purchase
Where possible or given the option, please ensure that you have chosen the correct colour and size you require. Please note that we have made every effort to ensure our products are accurately represented in the pictures provided. However colours do vary between different computer monitors/laptop and gadget screens and we therefore cannot guarantee the picture you view accurately reflects the actual garment colour. All our products are brand new unless otherwise stated. All sizes and measurements are approximate and can vary between brands.
What does ‘Ex Chain Store’ mean?
Ex chain store clothing has originally been made for U.K. High street stores. These items have not made it to their shelves for various reasons such as over orders, cancelled orders and late delivery. These items are then made available and we have been able to acquire them to sell on to our eBay customers at unbeatable prices. In most cases the specific chain store label has been cut out, however the labels containing all garment care and sizing information are left in tact. In ALL cases these items are brand new, unused and unworn.
Dispatch and Delivery
We will aim to ensure all items are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment being received. If there are any issues with the payment we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to resolve the matter. Your item will be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class post and therefore the item can expect to get delivered within the timeline as per the Royal Mail website - 2-3 working days. We will retain proof of postage. For large packages that cannot fit through the letterbox it will be the buyers responsibility to arrange collection of their item should nobody be available to take the item on day of delivery. We cannot take responsibility for any item that is not received once posted and for which we can provide proof. In the unlikely event that we are unable to dispatch your item within the timescales above we will ensure you are notified at the nearest opportunity. Please note any period of annual leave will be displayed on the item at point of purchase. The timescales laid out above will be followed from the date of return.
Returns
You must notify us in writing via the eBay messaging system within 14 days of purchase if you intend to return the item. Please let us know why you would like to return the item at time if writing.
The buyer is responsible for funding the return of the item and the refund will be processed on safe receipt of the item. If you would like to cancel an order and it has not yet been dispatched please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has already been dispatched you must return the item at your own cost and a refund will be processed once the item has been safely received in the same condition.
The buyer has a legal obligation to take care of the item in their possession should they wish to return it. If the item is returned damaged we may have a right of action against you for compensation of the damaged goods.
Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you return items that are defective we will examine the items once received and notify you of your refund within a reasonable time.
Complaints, Issues and Feedback
