Local Pick-Up:

All items are available for local pick-up.  If you want to pick-up an item, please email me to make arrangements.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is only available for the 48 continental states.

Shipping for Gifts:

I will ship gifts directly to the recipient if you change the ‘Ship To’ address in the payment screen.  Please email me and tell me it is a gift so I don’t include an invoice.

Customer Service/Returns:

If there is a problem with your item, please contact me so I can try to fix the problem.

If an item does not work as stated on delivery, I will refund the price of the item or exchange the item if I have more available.  The item needs to be returned to me and shipping is at the Buyer's expense.

If I receive a returned item that does work as stated, the Buyer will get a refund for the price of the item minus a 15% restocking fee to cover my loss on resale, because the item is now opened.

For domestic sales we accept PayPal, and cash on local pick-up.

For all international sales we cheerfully accept PayPal only!

International deliveries are subject to Customs duties & brokerage fees upon arrival. This cost is not included in the product or shipping charges unless using the Global shipping program.
