General Information and Customer Service:

~ INVOICES: Invoices are sent out within 24 hours of the auctions end, though if you wish to combine shipping, we are happy to do so. Simply advise if you are done shopping and are ready for a combined invoice.

~ SHIPPING TIMES: Your item(s) will be sent out to you ASAP upon receipt of payment (generally I ship the next business day after payment is received) and your item or items will be packaged with the utmost care.

~ ISSUES/CONCERNS: While we strive to offer stellar customer service there are certain situations out of our control. Further, mistakes sometimes occur. I work hard to keep them at a minimum but, after all, we are all human. So if you do have an issue or concern I ask that, before you take any other action, you please contact us. We would take it very kindly if you gave us the opportunity to hear your issue or complaint and allow us the chance to make it right. After all, you are our customer and, beyond our very real and sincere desire that you be happy with your purchase, we also want your repeat business. Further, with eBay's rewards for their special sellers you help me keep my costs down which helps me offer merchandise at lower prices. So everybody benefits.

~ FURTHER INFO FOR INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: I cannot falsify customs forms by declaring a lower value than the final bid price realized. Also, please be aware per eBay policy you are responsible for any such fees, duties, taxes, etc. your government may impose upon you. Also, eBay forbids bidders to agree to assume responsibility for a package if it is lost- therefore, I ship International packages via Priority Mail International.

~ EBay’s SELLER RATING SYSTEM: We strive to give 5 Star Service. If for ANY reason you feel that you cannot leave a Five Star Rating, please email us first to see if we can alleviate your concerns. EBay fees and listings are assigned by this Rating System, and we need your help to keep our costs low that I might continue to offer these items on eBay.

~ A WORD ABOUT SHIPPING COSTS: A recent change in EBay policy has resulted in a significant increase in shipping cost. My only options are to stop offering my unique items on ebay, or to pass this cost onto my customers. Unfortunately, the cost indicated in the shipping calculator is necessary to cover this increased expense. If you believe that this cost, shown in the shipping calculator, before you bid, is excessive, it would be best to refrain from bidding. If, however, you consider your total final cost to be of real value, we welcome your patronage.
