Please contact us in advance of purchase if you want to know exactly how much postage will be before you buy, or simply make your purchases and then wait for us to issue you a revised invoice showing the correct postage. Should you be unlucky enough to have your package damaged, stolen or lost en route, we will claim on insurance and refund you. Please be aware that this process can take some time, especially when the loss occurs overseas. We'll keep you informed throughout.
