This is a complete Model kit.  Factory seal has been opened to show that the kit is complete with all instructions and pieces.  This has been in my model collection for about 30 years and its time to get rid of some things.  It has been stored in a dry, clean, smoke free home.  Any questions please ask.  Thanks for looking and good luck
