Using the aspirator is very easy. Simply insert the nozzle into the baby’s nose to create a gentle seal between the nostril and the nozzle; once in place the vacuum inside the collection chamber will extract the unwanted fluids from the nose. To assure the baby does not feel any discomfort, there are two nozzles included in the box.  The white nozzle is for infants, making the apparatus suitable from birth. The nozzles are flexible so should the baby move his head he will in no way be harmed. As he grows, the larger green nozzle is more suitable and will fit his nostrils more comfortably. However, the smaller nozzle remains useful to clear the nose from any day-to-day dirt. The aspirator can be used until the toddler can blow his own nose, at which point that should be encouraged. This gives the aspirator a useful life of about 3 years. There are no disposable parts and therefore it is very economical and environmentally friendly. All parts in contact with germs and secretions can be cleaned and sterilised.
Unlike all other aspirators, it is very mobile and suitable to be used anytime and anywhere. Manual aspirators require constant movement of the hand or suction created by the parent, which distracts from the main goal. With the Dr Bee BalliBee Electronic Nasal Aspirator one can hold the apparatus very steadily in one hand and the baby in the other whilst clearing the nose causing no distress to either baby or parent. Infants are less aware of their surroundings and therefore have no objections about using the apparatus. Toddlers often dislike having objects anywhere near their nose, ears, eyes or mouth, nevertheless, nasal hygiene is important and the Dr Bee Aspirator allows the experience to be over in just a few seconds. Included in the box are two nozzles, lid and a spare rubber seal along with batteries, so one is ready as soon as it comes out of the box. |
If your product arrives damaged please Contact Us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We may try to assess the fault before allowing you to return the item, please be patient. If your purchase is unsatisfactory return the goods to us within 14 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Return postage costs will not be refunded.

Next Day Service
Next day delivery service is available by purchasing Royal Mail special delivery. This would be delivered by either Royal Mail or one of our selected couriers. All purchases for next day delivery must be purchased before 1 pm and funds must be cleared in order for item to be dispatched for next day delivery.

International Shipping
Items posted international are posted with Royal Mail Standard International, Royal Mail Tracked/Signed service or one of our selected couriers depending on the service you choose at checkout, value and weight of your order. Items are dispatched (Packed and handed to Royal Mail or our selected courier) the same day as long as purchase is made before 1pm UK time Monday to Friday. Items posted international usually take 3-5 days within Europe and 7-10 days outside Europe with Royal Mail. Items can however take up to 3 weeks if there are delays with the post.
Custom Charges
Our prices do not include custom taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance and these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).

Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Next Day Delivery Service
DHL express chosen at checkout most likely arrive next day depending on country location and custom. Item must be purchased before 1pm with funds cleared Monday to Friday. We will use one of our selected couriers, .depending on your country location and custom goods
Discount on postage
If you look to purchase other items from our shop, we might be able to combine postage cost depending on weight and size of items. Please make the purchase by adding items to basket and then making purchase. Do not make the payment but request for an Invoice. Please make sure to email us once the purchase is made as we may not notice the purchase has been made. If you are not happy with the postage costs offered, you can always request to have the transaction cancelled.

Pressurized containers and aerosols are NOT ALLOWED to be shipped by Surface Mail or Airmail to BT Postcodes or internationally. These items will not be sold outside the UK and orders will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
