Winning the Bid/Using BUY IT NOW

 Upon the winning of a AUCTION or BUY IT NOW of a listing, you will have 48 hours to complete checkout for said listing. If you do not complete checkout before the allotted time, eBay will automatically open an ‘Unpaid Item Case.’

Shipping Policy 

I will only ship after checkout of the listing is complete. I typically have a one day handling time frame for order purchased during a Monday - Friday bases. I do not ship on weekends. Any listing whose checkout is completed on a Friday after 2 pm* or the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.

 Regarding International Shipping: I ship through eBay’s Global Shipping Program. To learn more about the Global Shipping Program, click here. For other options please message me to see if there may be additional International Shipping choices.

 *: If checkout is completed on a Friday before 2 pm, I will attempt to ship out the listing on Saturday if my schedule permits. Otherwise, it will be shipped out on Monday.

Canceling a Purchase

If you win a bid or purchase a listing, but no longer need or want the listing, you will have 48 hours after winning or purchasing the listing to contact me otherwise, eBay will automatically open an ‘Unpaid Item Case.’

 If someone wins a bid or purchases a listing on your account and without your consent, you will have 48 hours to contact me*, otherwise eBay will open an ‘Unpaid Item Case.’

 * It is recommended to contact me immediately or as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue quickly.

Returns/Refunds Policy

If you wish to return an item for whichever reason, you must first contact me and inform me that you wish to return your item. You must send your item in the same condition it was received. You are responsible for the shipping costs on returns.

 Refunds will only be given if:

•      Returned item(s) arrive in the same condition as it was received
•      Item does not meet the description in its listing
•      Wrong item was sent
•      Item never arrived*

 Please note that refunds will only be given after the item in question is sent back and is received by me, so it is recommended to add tracking to the item in case it is lost during shipping.

 * I do not take responsibility if the address provided by your eBay account is incorrect. All listings will be shipped with tracking so please make sure that the address provided in your eBay account is the address you wish to receive the listing at for it will be where the listing is shipped.
