You are looking at a vintage Danelectro/Coral control plate and controls from 1967.

 Part of the collection of items I kept upon retiring from my business after 38 years, Guitar Emporium, in Louisville, Ky.

Shows wear. CTS pots dated 137 6701 (1st week of 1967). Aluminum plate, 4 switches. Not sure if the second input jack is original or not. My guess is that it started out as a control knob or switch. I get a reading from the various controls, but am not certain as to just how properly they are working. Been in my possession for years.

Great restoration item or for your custom build.
