All items are shipped directly from our Warehouse. Sorry pick up is not available. Item will be packaged and sent within 1-3 days after the payment has been cleared into our account. Heavy or oversized items shipping by freight may take longer. If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in different boxes on different dates. Refer to eBay's estimated delivery times for a guide on time frame of when you product will be delivered.

We have the choice of which postal service that will be used. We do not ship on weekends or count them in our shipping time frame, but weekend delivery may be available in some areas.

• Must be received within 2 days of commitment to buy. Paypal is our preferred payment method.

• Postage available to all 50 U.S. states. We offer International shipping through the eBay Global Shipping Program.
• All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
• We do not ship to unconfirmed addresses or Post Office Boxes (for large items).
• Items will be posted within 1-3 days after payment. There may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our large range of products range from Brand New, Refurbished or Second Hand 'as is' condition. If the item is not Brand New, it will be tested prior to shipment.

We do not sell items in non-working order. (Unless otherwise stated)

Prior warranties within some of our products do not apply. Please see below for our eBay warranty.

Buyer's are responsible to check and ensure the item is fully functioning prior to use.

We are not responsible for item fault claims due to improper guided instruction. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage or water damage.

If you have any problems or concerns with your item, PLEASE contact us first before posting any negative feedback, and we’ll do the best to resolve any issues you may have. Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns or demands by a customer.

Unhappy With Item?:
Buyer must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. Item must be in unused condition with original packaging to qualify for return. Buyer must open a 'Return' case. A shipping label will be sent digitally. Buyer must print label, attach to the outer box and arrange postage to assigned address. Once parcel has been received at the warehouse, we will refund the amount in full.

Faulty Item?:
Buyer must notify us within 14 business days of receiving the item. We require photographic evidence or verbal description of fault. Please notify us of your intent from the following options:

• Replacement - We will arrange a return and replacement.
• Exchange - We will arrange a return and refund, buyer must purchase desired new item.
• Refund - Please contact us to arrange a refund.

• We strive for a 5 star Customer Satisfaction, if you are not happy with the transaction then we will do our best to make it right!
