This is new he's never been taken out of the package,the only thing that was done was I put new batteries in his feet and tested all in perfect working order.the power is off,so you either have to bend the cardboard bottom to turn on or take Elmo out.. please view all pictures,the original package,box has some wear and places with tape,all in excellent condition..

Pleas view all pictures, This will be a collectible item so I would keep the package in a safe place..
