Battery adapter (Including Free Battery), for the Yashica Electro 35, MG-1 and AX cameras,
and others which use the TR164 or  PX32 type.  Fits Electro 35 GS GT GTS GSN GTN, etc.
             
For a reliable connection, avoiding fiddling with bits of cardboard, springs etc.,
and wasting film.  
             
Uses cheap 6v batteries, e.g A544, 4LR44(as supplied). Quickly pays for itself.

Simply insert the battery, positive (+) end first, into the adapter, then insert the
combination, battery first, into the camera, replacing the screw cap.

All adapters are checked for continuity in my own Yashica Electro 35 GTN.
