Maxam Flooring, located in Harlow, is a leading manufacturer of innovative, sustainable, eco-friendly floors including oak & walnut FSC®-Certified hardwood, and other unique and sustainable floors for 16 years. We utilize our technologically advanced equipment to produce beautiful stains and unique visuals to give our retailers and consumers the widest available selection of hardwood floors.

All of our floors are produced at our own factory, meaning we can offer high quality floors at affordable prices. Our timbers are sourced from France, America and Russia to ensure the highest quality. We will not be beaten on price and guarantee to beat any quote from a competitor. We also think our product is better, and really recommend that you compare it yourself. We consistently beat our competitors with like for like products.

Description

The Engineered Oak Flooring is 15mm thick with a 4mm solid hardwood wear layer. Coming with an impressive 25 years manufacturer’s warranty it is also suitable for commercial use. This oak product is elegantly pre finished with 2 coats of UV Oiled giving it ultimate protection, durability and easability to maintain. Each plank has a 4V Groove bevelled edge giving it more of an individual definition. This floor can be sanded down up to 3 times however it shouldn't be necessary to do so for the first 15-20 years.

How to Order

Select and purchase one of our many samples of flooring to ensure you are happy with the colour and quality of our product. If there is a problem with receiving it, please contact us and we will send replacements immediately.

Once you have decided on the type of flooring which best suits your needs, you may wish to take the next step and order from us. Please contact us via eBay or call us to help guide you to place an order. When ordering ask us for the appropriate underlay for your flooring.

Delivery Information

Please contact us to check we can deliver to your post code by calling us. The cost of delivery will depend on the weight of the flooring and distance from our Harlow warehouse. We endeavour to despatch all orders received by 12pm, the same day. At the very latest this falls in to the following day. Please note that prices for postage do include packing time and material costs.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are between 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you an estimated time of arrival as we use a pallet courier to deliver the goods. If there is the likelihood of delay or we are unable to fulfil an agreed delivery date, we will contact you in advance to discuss alternative options. Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location. We have developed a very reliable carrier delivery service but it is possible due to unforeseen circumstances that an order may not reach its destination within the stated time frame, for this reason we strongly advise against booking installers until your goods have arrived as we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss.

Delivery Address

We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address. Maxam Flooring only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands).

Returns

Returns will be subject to a handling charge of 20%, plus return carriage charge. Open packs cannot be returned for credit.
