This phone is IP54 rated against water, dust and is also shock proof. This makes the phone Nokia's first IP certified device.

Condition: Some scratches and other signs of wear. Cover glass has lots of faint scratches but they are not very visible when screen light is on. In my opinion it is in good used condition, look at pictures and decide yourself. 

Phone is tested: Buttons ok, makes and receives calls, microphone and speakers ok, camera ok. I have not tested all apps but I assume there may be problems with some apps because this phone is not supported by Nokia anymore.
