We have a simple philosophy about business. If you treat your customers right and give them the best service you can, then they will be repeat customers. We are located in Centennial Colorado, near Denver. We have a gorgeous view of the Rocky Mountains and are only a short ride away from great skiing, fishing, biking, and many other outdoor activities. Many of us here are avid cyclists and our office is usually full of the bicycles we rode to work. We try to get out and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible.

Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. If you encounter difficulty completing payment, please call us for assistance.

Orders placed before 15:30 Mountain Time typically ship same-day or next business day. Combined postage available (just place all items in basket before completing payment)

Some countries have an additional surcharge for shipping to an area that the shipping company defines as a remote area. Please note that this is charged by the carrier, and we have no influence over this charge. If we are going to be assessed this surcharge, which is $28.00 USD, we will need to collect this from you prior to shipping. If we are not able to collect his additional fee, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. Please contact us if you would like to know if your address is considered a remote location.

Standard Int'l Postage means your order will be posted via FedEx International Economy (4-7 working days)

Express Int'l Postage means your order will be posted via FedEx International Priority (1-3 working days)

NOTE: Orders may be subject to additional import duties and taxes (which are beyond our control, vary by country, and are not included in the shipping price). These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Please call your local customs office for more information.

We are required by law to state the purchase price, not including shipping, of items on customs forms. We will neither change this amount nor mark items as a "gift."

IMPORTANT! Economy Delivery - USPS First Class International does not have a definite delivery time and may not provide tracking updates. Delivery is estimated between 4 - 7 weeks. Do NOT select this shipping method if you need your items quickly and within a more precise date range. The "tracking number" you receive upon confirmation of shipment (example: LN00000US) is a customs number. According to the United States Postal Service website, "Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Please be advised tracking is not available for this product."

Bought the wrong product or it didn't fit your needs? No problem. We offer returns for 30 days from your purchase date. Just pay the return shipping cost back to us, and as long as it's unused, with all tags still on it, and in the original packaging we will process your full refund. Want to just exchange? No problem.
