This set is used and shows some signs of its use.  There is no major damage.  But there are some minor scuffs and scratches.  Please see the pictures for details

Both the Locomotive and the Transformer have been tested and work well including the light on the loco

This set comes with everything listed and shown in the pictures.  There is no box and no track included
