This listing is for (1) never played with UNSC Turret from Mega Bloks. NO instruction manual and decals are included. Instructions can be downloaded off the Mega Bloks website. The condition of this item is: FRESH OUT THE BOX (The factory box was opened to remove the contents, but the items have never been played with and they are only handled by one adult for packing purposes)

- How to pay for this item? I accept PayPal only. Payment is expected at not more than 4 days after purchase. Please, if you need more time to pay, send me a message and I am sure we can come into an agreement.

- Can I get combined shipping for multiple purchases? YES. I offer shipping discounts whenever possible, but always contact me before you make your purchases to see if the items you bought qualify and to get an estimate of the actual shipping fees.

- When should I expect to receive my item(s)? All items are sent via USPS with a tracking number. I print my labels directly through eBay so please; make sure your address is correct. I have a lead time of four days. This includes printing out the label, packing the item and then taking it to the post office. In my experience, I have been able to ship most of my sold items in less than 3 days. The 4-day window is intended to avoid false expectations. Please, make sure you agree with the 4-day time frame before making your purchase.

- Can I return my item? Generally, I do not accept returns. I inspect each item carefully to detect any defects prior to sending it to the buyer. Some parts still in their factory sealed bags are almost impossible to check unless the bag is open. In the rare event that you receive a defective item, let me know and we might try to solve the issue with a replacement. However, I cannot make any guarantees that I am going to be able to replace the item you bought. As previously mentioned, the items I sell have never been played with, but there have been a few and rare occasions when I have detected defects straight from the factory. This could happen whether your purchase came from a retailer or from an eBay seller. I am not a retailer. I am a collector just like you. Mega Bloks have an excellent replacement policy and most likely you might be able to get a replacement part directly from them.

- International Buyers: I ship to other countries as well as to areas not in the continental United States. Smaller items shipped using First Class International the shipping fees are shown in the shipping calculator.
