This is a brand new unopened Disney Junior Super 3D Five Puzzle Pack.  The box includes one 12X9 inch puzzle and four 9X6 inch puzzles.  Each puzzle contains 24 pieces.  The holidays are quickly approaching.  This would make a great gift for your little Disney fan.  Please look at the pictures closely and email me with any questions.

Payment

* Buy Now Auctions - Payment must be made at time of purchase via PayPal.

* Regular Auctions - Payment is due within 3 days of winning the auction.


Shipping

* All auctions are shipped out within 1 BUSINESS day of cleared payment. This excludes weekends & holidays.
If there will be a delay in shipping, you will be notified. (Vacation, sick, etc)

Shipping carrier is chosen by me and may be done thru:

Returns

I do offer a 14-day return policy for my items, however, rules do apply. 
You must contact me with 24hrs of receipt if you wish to return an item. Item must be physically returned within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE. It is incorporated into the price of the item.

Buyers Remorse - You will need to return the item at your expense and include delivery confirmation. Refund will be given less original shipping charges and less a 20% restocking fee.. If free shipping was offered, actual shipping charges I paid will be deducted from refund.

Wrong Item - I will credit you the return shipping and ship out the correct item as soon as the wrong item is received back. (Credit will be for lowest/cheapest shipping option available. I will not pay for Priority, Express, etc. return shipping)

Item Not As Described - I am human... I try to list all my auction with clear descriptions. It is impossible to be 100% on color since there are millions of shades of color. The descriptions are my opinion OR the manufacturers description. I am NOT an expert on any of my items. If you need more information, please email me PRIOR to bidding/purchasing to save us both time & money. I must GROSSLY MISREPRESENT (as in you order Red and I send you Blue or you order size Large and I send you size Small) an item to be held accountable for an item being not as described. I sell items as I have received them.

If an item breaks, rips, tears, ect, PLEASE CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER. 
I am unable to provide warranties on any items sold due to not being able to control the conditions or manner of use outside my possession.

Damaged - Please do not contact me saying an item is not as described when the item is actually damaged. I show pictures of actual items so if you need additional pictures, I can try to accommodate, however I do not sell damaged items and list them as new/perfect. Conditions are ALWAYS listed in the item description. If it is damaged, it is a carrier issue and you will need to contact the carrier for further assistance. If I end up assisting you and giving a partial credit, the credit will be a percentage of the price of the item AFTER SHIPPING CHARGES ARE DEDUCTED. The shipping is incorporated INTO the price of the item. The shipping is posted on the label so you will know exactly how much I paid. This amount will be deducted from the price of the item and that will give you the price for the "Item(s)" in the auction.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 days of receipt of returned item.
You must be patient as all returns are investigated and inspected upon receipt.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless item was grossly misrepresented.
If free shipping was offered, the original shipping amount I paid will be deducted from your refund.
ALL FEES associated with your listing will not be refunded as I will have to pay that fee, again, to relist the item.
