Dispatching:
· We ensure dispatch the item within 1 business days. If you place an order at the weekend or after 4pm on Friday, your parcel will be shipped the following Monday!
· Please make sure that the address you provide is correct as the item will be dispatched to that particular address. Therefore please double check your address details in order to prevent any losses or delays due to incorrect address details.Should you need your item urgently, please send an e-mail. I do combine postage. All the items are double-checked before they are posted. No extra charges for packing and handling and etc... All the items packed carefully before dispatch.

Returns Policy:
· If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days for a replacement or money back. We will accept returns for the wholesale lots but postage costs will not be refunded. Please note that I DO NOT provide a free return service unless it was caused by me(wrong/faulty item). Your return will not be refunded if there are signs of wear, marks or scent. I will refund cost of the item excluding the postage fees . Please contact me first before returning the items. Once refund is agreed by both sides, I will trasfer the money back into account it came from , followed by a confirmation e-mail. All return items must be sent by Recorded Signed for. All return items are carefully checked. Please keep the receipt of postage for refund, I may ask for receipt as a proof of dispatch if not delivered within 7 days. I DO NOT pay for the items that are lost/not arrived. Be patient as some countries may take longer to deliver. Items must be sent within 14 days of receipt and refund / replacement will only be issued after receipt and inspection.
