  • From 0 to 2 pounds, it weighs in tenth ounce increments. From 2 to 30 pounds, it weighs in half ounce increments. From 0 to 1 kilograms, it weighs in two gram increments. From 1 to 13.6 kilograms, it weighs in five gram increments.
  • My Weigh 35 pound Electronic Scale. Has a Hold feature and a tare feature so you can place a container on there-set it to zero and measure the contents accurately.
  • The scale is 8 inches wide, 8 inches deep, and just 3 inches tall. This scale's got a good sized weighing platform... it's 8 inches x 6 inches!

Shipping Address

If your shipping address is different than your PayPal address, please add the shipping address to your authorized addresses in your PayPal account. Non-Deliverable Shipping Addresses / Refused Packages

As previously stated, we only ship to authorized PayPal address via licensed & bonded carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc). If you refuse the package or enter an address that is deemed not deliverable, you will be issued a refund once the unit has been returned LESS OUR RESTOCKING FEE. The only exception is a package that is damaged in transit AND noted by the shipping carrier's delivery agent. 

Payment

PayPal payments only please. It simply is your best protection as a buyer. Please pay within 2 business days to ensure prompt delivery. 

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day "no questions asked" return policy on our items. All items purchased and related materials (original box, instructions, decals, etc) must be returned in the same condition as they were received. If you do not send all materials back as requested, this will void the return per eBay's policy. Returns for a refund are subject to a restocking fee unless the item is damaged or defective. Return shipping is paid for by the buyer for all non-defective or non-damaged returns. 

Damaged / Defective Units

Damaged or defective units will require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us. Prepaid labels will be issued for damaged / defective units. You have 30 days post sale to notify us of any defect or damage during transit. 

Warranty Information

Warranties are issued direct from the manufacturer. Any performance issue post our return window will need to be addressed directy with the manufacturer. 

Taxes

We only charge tax in our home state of Kentucky.
