Shipping

Shipping Time: We try all of our best to ship within 1 business day after receiving your payment during Monday to Friday. All the items paid on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning.

Packaging: We use heavy duty shipping box or padded envelope and pack each item carefully to ensure it arrives just like you buy from any local fine stores.

International combined shipping: We always combine shipping for international customers. We offer free shipping for wallet and other accessory with the purchase of a bag. Each additional bag shipping cost is $10.00. Please contact us to set up a private listing for your combined shipping order.

Bag: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground; delivery time is 1-5 business days.
Wallet, watch, and other accessories: USPS First Class Mail; delivery time is 3-5 business days.

HI, AK, PR, and GU:

All items: USPS Priority Mail; delivery time is  around 5 business days.

APO/FPO:

All items: USPS Priority Mail.

We hope that buyers using APO/FPO address understand that sometimes the delivery to APO/FPO address takes longer than expected. Almost all the items we shipped to APO address arrive within 1 week. However, we met some extremely cases which the items were delivered after 30 days.

International Shipping

We offer EMS and Priority Mail shipping to all countries.  Both EMS and Priority Mail have tracking number. Please refer shipping section for detailed shipping rate.

Returns

In order to offer customers worry free shopping experiences, we offer 14 days return & exchange policy and do not charge any restocking fee.
