This is apparently a very rare year for mint error U.S. pennies, as I've not been able to find others online. This is an uncirculated, 1990 U.S. penny which comes with the original UNUSED $50 U.S. Mint Cents canvass bag that they came in. The bag is stamped "P64 MAY 23, 1990."
