This is a Lapel Pin worn by Delco Electronics Corp. executives & field representatives. The pin was sometimes given to friends, dealers & suppliers.  I received it several years ago from a Delco Electronics employee.  Delco Electronics Corporation was the automotive electronics design and manufacturing subsidiary of GM based in Kokomo, Indiana. The name Delco came from the Dayton Engineering Laboratories Co., founded in Dayton, Ohio, Delco was responsible for several innovations in automobile electric systems, including the first reliable ignition system and the first practical automobile self starter.

This 1/2" x 1/2" pin is in New condition, since I removed it from its original package to photograph. (photos)
